Our FM Services client required an electrical and mechanical repair to the site’s main CT heating pump system. The standby pump plays a vital role in maintaining resilience across the heating setup, giving the site essential backup should the duty pump fail. To restore reliability and protect continuity of service, the client needed a safe and efficient repair process that would return the standby pump to full working order.
What We Did
Our team removed the standby pump and arranged for it to be sent to a specialist pump repair company for both mechanical and electrical repairs. Once the work was completed, we returned to site and refitted the pump, ensuring it was properly reinstalled and ready for operation. The result is greater peace of mind for the client, with the standby CT heating pump back in place and available should the duty pump ever fail.
